Polley Associates offers classroom courses via Livestream (Zoom). The same Pennsylvania-approved classes we provide in the classroom can be taken from a location convenient to you.

You’ll have a live instructor presenting the course, just as in a classroom setting, who can answer questions and create a real classroom experience for students in a virtual room. All Polley Associates Livestream courses have an instructor and a Polley Associates co-host. The co-host is available to students who may encounter a technical support problem.

Livestream students attend via Zoom from wherever they can use a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone—students must log in from a device that enables video and audio. Students will see, hear, and interact with a Polley Associates instructor and interact with other students.

New agents who are taking PA real estate continuing education for the first time must complete the General Module and the Residential module. All salespersons and brokers who are not in their first 2 years of continuing education cycle must take the 3.5-hour PA required course due by May 31, 2024. If you are unsure of what you need, please reach out to us.

Students who are licensed in both PA & NJ and want to take CE classes approved in both states can review our dual-state options here.

Polley Associates Offers Two Additional Learning Formats for Continuing Education

Finished CE? You’ll need to renew your license. The Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission e-mails renewal notices two to three months before the license expiration date. Notices are sent via e-mail to e-mail addresses registered on the PALS website. Need to change your e-mail address? Do it here.

Is Your PA License in Escrow? You’ll need to reactivate it. Your license may be “in escrow,” or temporarily inactive if you decided against renewing it or missed the renewal deadline. You can’t legally work in real estate sales unless your license is active. We recommend you partner with your broker to fill out the application together to make sure everything is filled out properly. Find the state’s instructions about reactivation here.

Online Self-Paced

Online Self-paced classes are Pennsylvania-approved courses you can start and complete at your own pace – you set the schedule! You’ll read slides, look at charts and graphs, watch videos of our own Polley instructors and take quizzes throughout to check your learning progress.

Progress saves as you work, so you can log on and off at your own schedule. You can revisit already completed content to continue studying anytime during your course access period. Tech support is available to help students with any difficulty they may encounter, and you can click here to learn more about supported platforms.

Classroom Courses

Our state-approved Pennsylvania Real Estate continuing education Classroom courses are held at Polley locations statewide. Our instructors are knowledgeable, know how to entertain, and they work in the business. Our courses are designed to help you understand important concepts in the business.

They also guide you through real-life problems and situations almost every licensee will encounter, and describe how to deal with them. That kind of knowledge makes you more valuable to your clients.
