This is your launching page for real estate education classes provided by Polley Associates in partnership with the Washington-Greene Association of REALTORS®.
Looking to obtain a salesperson or broker license? Our course offers three different class formats to cater to your learning preferences.
What CE Should I Take?
- It's my first time taking continuing education.
Licensees taking CE for the FIRST TIME must take the General Module (7 hours) AND the Residential Module (7 hours) or Commercial Modules. - I have taken continuing education before.
Veteran licensees must take at least 3 hours of mandatory instruction on PA Required Topic: Broker Supervisory Duties, Policies & Risk Management. The remaining hours can come from any CE or PA pre-broker-approved course. (Including General, Residential, & Commercial Modules). - My License is inactive. What CE do I need to take?
Licenses re-activating 11/20/2023 (or prior) need 14 hours of any approved real estate CE to reactivate, AND an additional 14 hours (3 hours Broker Supervisory) by May 31, 2024. Those re-activating on 12/01/2023 or later need to ensure they complete an appropriate 14 hours (see above).
